Bill Shadrach

CEO

Bill is a marketing executive residing in Salt Lake City, Utah. In a twenty-five year marketing career, Bill has worked on and managed key brand assignments for major US based consumer packaged goods companies such as Coca-Cola USA, Sunshine Biscuits, Ralston-Purina, Borden, Lennox International, Lofthouse Foods. Prior to helping start YBR Design, Bill was VP of Communications for Children’s Miracle Network–an organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising money for children’s hospitals across Canada, Ireland, United States and the Untied Kingdom. As a brand marketer, Bill developed numerous brand positionings, executed quantitative and qualitative brand research, package development and design, advertising, promotion, point-of-purchase and consumer programming.  Having spent most of his career on the client side, Bill has experience hiring and managing associate personnel, selecting and managing cross-functional teams as well as outside advertising, public relations and some of the leading design agencies across the country.

Benjamin Hughes

Operations Officer, Project Manager

Benjamin is an Operations Officer and Project Manager for YBR Design. From YBR Design's inception, Benjamin is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that deliver the firms graphic design products. As a Project Manager, Benjamin is skilled at working with people and making sure projects cross the finish line on time and on budget. Benjamin is a graduate from Westminster College and enjoys the out-of-doors.

Andrew Etherington

IT Manager, Designer, & Project Manager

Andrew is the IT Manager, a Project Manager, and Designer for YBR Design. A recent graduate of Westminster College with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Andrew is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Dreamweaver, has a strong understanding of HTML, web development, SEO, and has an overall excellent knowledge of design with a keen eye for details. An avid skier and outdoorsman, Andrew can usually be found in the mountains when he's not creating great work for our clients.
